Our stove installation was quick and done expertly. Our Geek Squad Rep. was friendly and courteous. He and his partner, wasted no time and were careful in the installation of our new stove and in the removal of the old one. I did not realize that I needed to order a power cord to go with the stove but, they had one on the truck.

The new range went in great and looks good. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is I wish they had checked the range for is being level with the countertop it was about a quarter to half inch below the countertop which I didn't notice until after they were gone. I took care of it myself other than that no problems the guys were efficient.

I was totally blown away by how fast and smooth the 2 guys were when the delivered my stove. By the time I walked outside they already had it out on the back of the truck and as one would grab one thing the other was steady grabbing then next thing. They worked very well together.they were very careful making sure not to hit anything and got the stove in place.Very nice and courteous. Thanks guys

The delivery men were on time, they delivered the product professionally. The delivery men installed the needed parts to the oven. The delivery men made sure it worked by turning it on before they left and briefed me on the product. Very patient when I asked questions. Well worth the installation.

The stove install concerned me. The delivery service made very quick work of the job and took the extra precautions with our new carpet. VERY happy.

It looks great and is working properly. It sticks out more than i would like. The large electric box to plug it in keep it from going against the wall.

The installation of our new Samsung Range was done very professionally and efficiently. The gentlemen installed the range very quickly and without any issues. They were also very courteous in providing us information on the range and answering any questions we had on the range and the installation.

Both guys who delivers and installed the range were professional and knowledgeable. They had the old range removed and the new installed quickly and were very helpful by even starting the oven to bake off the storage oil that it comes with. Overall great experience with a great pair of guys.

This oven should work great! Just arrived today. Installation was a snap. Fits in our studio apartment VERY nicely.

I had a new kitchen put in and chose Samsung appliances. This range is truly amazing. It does things I didn't know any appliance could or would do. I couldn't be happier. It is so easy to learn to use. Cooks beautifully and easy to keep clean. I highly recommend it.

The item works great so far...the top seems to scratch easily but if you mix baking soda and water to a paste it clears it up pretty well. When they came to install this, and removed the previous oven, the plug was too big for the new one so the oven stuck out of the island 4 inches. The installed just left it that way...Luckily we had a neighbor who came over and helped cut the dry wall so the plug fit in the wall and we could push the oven back

Tyler and Mike S. installed the range, removed the old one and hauled the old one away. I could not have asked for a better installation experience. They were polite, communicative about when the installation was going to occur and what the process was. My only concern was they left the installation instructions, but not the operation instructions; not a big deal. I drove to the nearest Best Buy Store (some 12-15 miles away) and Salesperson = Arnim Smith-Johnson advised unless i could locate the precise unit on their sales floor he couldn't assist me. I was SO disappointed that first of all, he didn't offer an apology I didn't have the operation instructions, and then he didn't offer to either see if the store had another copy (which he could've photocopied) or offer to look up the instructions online. I pointedly asked him "is that the level of customer service you sincerely wish to provide?" and he said "yes". This poor customer service experience in no way is a negative one regarding the installation. I returned to the store I purchased the unit and the salesperson executed all I expected, i.e. apologized, retrieved and printed the instructions.

The two professional gentlemen who delivered my new stove were the best I’ve ever had. They were polite, professional and their attention to detail was unmatched to any other delivery experience I’ve had. They made sure I understood the features of my stove (never had a delivery guy know the details before), They polished and shined it up for me, hauled away my old stove and honestly it was true White Glove. Wish I kept the names of the geek squad guys who came to my place because they were top notch!

The install was fast and easy. Best Buy sent us an email with the instructions to get ready for the new stove. We did everything we needed to have done. Measured for new stove, measured doorways. Had an electric outlet installed, made sure our electric box was set up for the new service since our old stove was gas. With all this preparation completed the installation was quick. It pays to be prepared and carefully read the prior to delivery information that Best Buy emails.
