Do not buy this dishwasher. We recently remodeled our kitchen and bought new appliances and they were all delivered at once. The dishwasher wasn't hooked up right away so by the time we found out it was terrible we were beyond the time period to return it. The top rack in it is terrible. When we slide the rack in and out of the dishwasher all our glasses keep falling over. We are losing on average one glass a week because the dishwaher breaks them. Per the owners manual you can only put the glasses in the top rack, which is what we are doing. In the manual they show from left to right you can load a row of coffee mugs, then a row of glasses, then a row with bowls, then a row of glasses and then another row of coffee mugs. I have standard Corell dishes and glasses and what they show is impossible to do. I had several other people look at it and they agree. Also, the soap dispenser doesn't empty all the way during its operation. I can't get the delayed function to work either. We run our dishwasher every other day and I guess since we do not run it every day it stinks inside even though we rinse everything real good before we put it in the dishwasher. I can't leave the door open to air it out because then the 108 minute time display lights up and I am afraid it will burn into the display like computer monitors do. Also, the dishwasher door and bottom rack are so low to the kitchen floor, so you have to bend over really far to put in the dishes on the bottom rack. Also, leaves spots on the glasses even though I am using the Rinse Aid. Only two things I like about it is it is very quiet and I like that the front display tells you how many minutes are left on the cycle. If I could rate it with a negative number I would.

We have had nothing but trouble out of this dishwasher. Within the first week, I was disappointed that it cleaned much, much worse than our 15+ year old basic that we'd replaced. Called customer service who told me to try another rinse agent. Tried several with same poor results. Customer service had no other answers. 6 months into owning, it stopped working and threw an error code. Part was ordered, replaced and 6 months later the same exact code/same part. Part was over $100 -- without labor -- and they don't guarantee their parts. Clearly it's a design flaw, but they are not backing their product. When you pay this much for a dishwasher, you expect it to run and to clean.

Year one: control board issue. Year two: pump failure. They make a great stove, but a horrible, horrible dishwasher. Oh, and the bottom seal failed. And it doesn't do a very good job washing dishes. I'm replacing it with a Bosch, and it's not even to year three. Huge disappointment.

Dishwasher broke after 6 weeks Error 01. This was a known Electrolux problem... yet they sold it anyway. Electrolux would rather get your money and then send a generic repairman into your home to rip it apart. They will not replace the unit. So you spend over $1000.00 for a piece of junk that doen't even clean very well when it is working. I will never buy Electrolux again!

Broke in 4 months. Repair attempt #1 did'nt fix the problem. Called Electrolux about replacing this dishwasher and was told not a chance. 2 weeks later still have no dishwasher and washing dishes on my vacation was not what I had in mind when I spent $1000 on this junk. Do not buy from this company. They don't care after the sale!!!!!!

The gasket dislodged from the perimeter with a month. The design is at fault. Nothing shields the gaskets from the rack rollers. Leaks occurred. The 2nd and 3rd gasket have the same problem as the first. Replacement parts don't fit correctly. Service agents were either unreliable (who cancelled at the last moment) or incapable of properly fixing this machine. The electronic control pad blistered and punctured. Soap residue remains on glasses no matter what we do - need to rinse by hand before using to remove suds bubbles. I hate the magnetic "latch". The manual lock-lever type is so much more secure. All of this and we've only had it 10 months. Wish we had bought Bosch, Miele, Kitchen Aid or Kenmore.

Bought this a couple of years ago. At first I was very pleased and then the dreaded error code 01 started occurring almost every other month. I've had repair people out here eight times yet Electrolux refuses to replace the unit even with my extended warranty with them.

Has not cleaned since I bought it. Company can offer no information on how to fix it. They will not let me return it, and it simply sits in my kitchen and makes the entire first floor smell if anyone accidently opens the door. And yes, we have checked on assuring it is properly installed.

They company should not be in business. The dishwasher is the worst I ever owned in my 60 years. I have lived in 6 different homes and this dishwasher should be rated Negative 20. This is based on a 1-10 scale. Electrolux sells this as top of the line dishwasher and it is pure junk. I am now buying a whirlpool from Best buys.

I'm on my second dishwasher...If you purchase this you will be spending your vacation with the electrolux repairman

At first I too was having problems with it cleaning and rinsing but changed to the Cascade Complete that was the sample with my machine and have had no problems since. This machine is so quiet!
