As I stated earlier, the great thing about these Electrolux machinges is that they are great machines. However, there are no dishwashingagents in the US that are made for this machine. It is a machine that is made primarily for the european market. The people that complain abut that "it does not clean" the dishes does not know how to use it. For instance, you are not supposed to prewash your dishes (rinsing them in the sink) before putting them in the machine. This does two things, making the proiteins in the food coagulate (whitch makes them harder to get off the plats etc) and rinsing off the fat witch makes no lubrication of the waterpump (making it break). So, if you are to use this machine efficinetly, buy dishwasheragent from europe and dont rinse the dishes before putting them into the machine.
