It looks great. It has many features making it a nice unit. However, once installed there were two problems. One with the water dispenser and the other with a water drip after dispensing water. Service is yet to be completed.

We came to own an Electrolux refrigerator (model EI23BC56IS8) that conveyed with our new home in March 2014. Per the sticker in the unit, it was manufactured in June 2011 (less than five years ago). For the second time in two years, it stopped making ice. This time the technician slid the unit out to get access to the control board which revealed what you see in the attached picture. Yes, among the giant rust spot, is a chunk of ice. Doing a little research online, Electrolux refrigerators are subject to failures in the coolant line or insulation that can result in what we experienced - basically a hole. Since we came to own this fine piece of refrigeration through the purchase of our home (i.e., it was "transferred" to us), Electrolux is choosing not to stand behind its product to do anything about it. Notably they have never expressed any interest in determining how this happened in less than 5 years - they simply do not care. There are so much better refrigerators out there, please do not buy an Electrolux.

I've owned this for 4 years and everything from the digits on the LCD screen to icemaker and condenser has brooken. The icemaker malfunction is different from what I've read that others have trouble with. The ice machine continuously dispenses ice and it is unstoppable...now we have the same problem with the water. We have a "CE" code as of today on the refrigerator and it will not turn on at all. In hindsight I wish we bought the extended warranty because these repairs are costly. Electrolux isn't really standing behind their product. If they were, they would have replaced this entire unit. I know I bought a lemon! I will never buy Electrolux again, my other Electrolux products are dying as well in my new kitchen.
