Love, love, love this washer it is so quiet. There is no vibration and it washes very well. Love that it has a light inside and the door can be moved so it can open from either the left or right.

The washer does fine. No issues in two years of ownership. The matching dryer is junk — avoid at all costs. We’re now on our fourth belt as clothes are easily jammed between the fins and the lint trap/door area. There is no emergency shutoff mechanism so it keeps driving until the belt snaps. JUNK!

Sleek and solid machine. I feel more confident that the clothes are getting exposed to water and getting cleaned than with my old top load machine (did nothing have an agitator). There are a lot of cleaning options on the machine. Not sure if I would use them all, but what I like is that when you choose a wash option, it automatically has it programmed to let you know which other options work best for your selection and will exclude other options- definitely helps to reduce confusion and give you the best wash. Definitely get the pedestals for the washer and dryer to bring the machines up higher so you don’t have to bend over as far. For someone like myself with back issues and shoulder injuries, having this front loader has made doing laundry easier because I don’t have to over reach or bend into the machine for the wayward socks at the bottom of a drum. Very nice machine and I’m hoping we have it (and the washer) for a very long time.

4.5 stars. Very good washer. The 15 min cycle works great. Love the interior drum light. Color is nice although it wasn't my first choice but I've come to like it. The large illuminated numbers on the main dial are nice and bright. The only issue is the buttons needs to be pressed a bit harder than on other washers I've looked at. You tend to cycle past the option you like since you keep pushing down harder than normal. Number one question would I buy it again? Sure, good purchase, very happy.

So far, I prefer the washer to the dryer. What I like: Unlike my last washer, the liquid bleach actually empties completely. It does hold a lot and the spin cycle gets the clothes pretty 'dry' unless I have washed a throw rug with rubber backing. Nothing new there. I LOVE the the "15 minute fast wash"!! Sometimes that's all you need, for example, after a meal of spaghetti. :) You do need to remember to either spin the drum or look inside to be sure you get everything because there is almost always something stuck. I attribute that to its great spin cycle. I also really like the "Tap" water temperature option. What I don't like: I wish someone would figure out how to make it so you don't need to wipe it down after use, but I do it. I also pull the dispenser out and dry it and its 'space' between washes. It doesn't leave as much water than my last machine, but friends I have with similar machines who don't do that end up with mold.

Used our new electrolux washer for the first time yesterday. It was easy to use, works great and runs quiet.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. The first one arrived and the water wouldn't go in. A replacement came a week later and the water wouldn't go out. A third one arrived a week later and the side was bashed in and it never made it into my house. Ultimately I returned the washer and the dryer and went with LG. Best Buy and the Geek Squad were terrible. Beyond frustrating and of little help. It took 3 weeks to get a washer and dryer into my new home. I would like to mention that my parents purchased the same washer and the first one arrived and water leaked out the bottom and all over the floor. The second one has been working fine, but it's odd that there were issues with 4 out of 5 of these machines. Beware!

Not impressed by this washer model. We had an older Electrolux washer that was much more user friendly than this one (until it broke). I loved my last one, so I did not hesitate to buy again but this is definitely not better. First we received two different washer deliveries and both were damaged in the box, one with a large dent and the second we kept with large scratches on top. Only had less than a month and multiple times the door has not locked and did not start the wash cycle as expected. I have no idea until I go in hours later to place in the dryer. Also when I select a cycle for example "Normal" and select a faster spin speed it does not keep these settings like my previous washer. I have to change every time that I wash with this setting. The buttons do not respond quickly either....if my previous washer 8+ years old had not broke I would have preferred that model. Not impressed...

Love it. Big but also means it can wash large loads. Love the spot for pods and how it is pod friendly. Great features and works well. Looks nice too.

It received one of the top scores in all categories and the top score for being gentle on the clothes in the Consumer Reports tests. It does everything well, as Consumer Reports said it would I would recommend this model number, EFLS627UTT. I would buy this washer again. The clothes comes out so clean and feels good.

This washing machine does not have a manual drain for the pump. Also, there is a limited number of cycles. We were not satisfied and returned the item without any problems.

I really like this washer. I had 2 other brand washers prior to this one. It cleans really well. I am very happy with the performance so far.

Quiet. Cleans well. Size of loads is smaller than expected compared to our previous washer.

it is slightly more shallow than other ones and the reversible doors are a god send

Happy with my purchase. The machine washes like off by hand. The only regret I have is not purchasing this one sooner and first. I did some research and it payed out. I really wanted the white one too but they was sold out and kept putting me on back order {Best Buy}….. It’s all good the titanium looks even better in person!
