Very quiet while in use. When max spin is chosen it is max! No vibration.

Very high quality washer with lots of features. Door is easily reversible from right side open to left side open.

I have owned an electrolux washer and dryer for the past 14 years and it was a no brainer when it came time to purchase a new washer and dryer that i wanted another Electrolux. Im sure these will be just as awesome!

Good luck. You're on your own. It was difficult to get help of any kind before ordering. Help after things were already messed up was great - but it wasn't from best buy, it was from Pacific Sales. I wish I'd known to start with them in the first place, but I couldn't even get that information out of best buy during my calls in advance of purchase to get their help and direction.

Dryer: clothes sit on shelf and do not circulate; same for washer in addition to excessive vibrating when spinning. Had to purchase this brand or could not switch opening of doors!

The wait is forever, on paper it is the best one you can get.

Purchased “certified” floor model. When we first stopped in Best Buy we couldn’t find anyone to wait on us. I returned the following day to finally make our purchase. When the delivery driver arrived he pointed out that the door wouldn’t even shut. I should have caught this in the store but how does a washing machine pass a Beat Buy certification test when the door won’t shut. We ultimately purchased a new machine from an alternate apppliance store.

Worst washer ever which is very disappointing considering I had prior to purchasing this washer heard good reviews. I WAS BEYOND WRONG, STAY FAAAAR FAR AWAY from this CHINESE TORTURE CHAMBER!!!!! Model: EFLS627UTTI FRONT LOAD WASHER ERROR CODE: E11 "Washer takes too long to fill" ****Washer was professionally installed by an Electrolux approved installation technician. The Washer worked for 1st year of purchase....then the trouble began...the washer has not been moved or have any of the water supply lines been adjusted or tampered with so this is not to blame..... Purchased in 2020, almost 2 years exactly ago and the washer is nearly unusable, and it's not as though it's overused, we have a family of 3...two adults and 1 child. When the spin cycle "activates" the Washer SOUNDS LIKE A FIGHTER JET PLANE doing MACH 5 in our living room, literally the washer CAN BE HEARD FROM OUTSIDE THE HOUSE! It always has the unique feature of STOPPING IN THE MIDDLE OF A CYCLE COMPLETELY. On Startup...it makes a lovely mechanical gut boiling sewer pump sound...imagine you took COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF LAXITIVE and decided to eat spoiled clam chowder in a 110 degree sauna with a hangover and your stomach begins to make noises as bowel shaking noises begin to sound off by your unfortunate stomachs tall order...THAT'S WHAT WE HEAR CONSTANTLY!! I've got a very large skill base on DIY EVERYTHING...as I'm a licensed contractor....I've read the help and support artricles in the owners manual along with the manufactures website and also including youtube videos and have not found anything that has changed any of the problems mentioned above. I've tried all of the "solutions" without any proper results and now I'm stuck with a $1000 (what I paid at the time of purchase) CHEAPLY MADE CHINESE NOISE MACHINE...I'd have better luck WASHING MY CLOTHES AT A LAUNDRY MAT. What a disguising device to stamp a "brand name" on. Thanks Electrolux....real quality control on your products....NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! DON'T BUY TRUST ME!!!

I purchased this dryer 2 years ago. Im replacing the dryer belt and a pulley already. For the $1000 I had to pay then, it should have lasted longer.

Bought this washer 2 years ago. The main bearing on the tub is already going. Owned LG and Samsung and the bearings went out in 5 years and I thought that was bad. Bought this due to good ratings. Not good for longevity or reliability.
