Great washer. Clothes come out very clean. It's very quiet and very fast. The door doesn't close as easily as I would like. You have to leave the door open to keep from getting bad smells.

Replaced a pice of junk made by Whirlpool and I couldn’t have been more happy. Now this is what ever washer should be because IT WORKS, and it doesn’t shake the house off it’s foundation. Seriously this machine is the best I’ve ever had. Super quiet, crazy how it’s not bolted down to the pedestal and won’t move! When the time comes I’ll be replacing all my kitchen units to Electrolux also.

This is a good washing machine. We moved to a new place and the washing machine that was here was just awful, it tore our things. We decided to buy a new one. And here's what I can say, if you are looking for something that will wash your things, and not smash them into mush like my previous washing machine, this washing machine will suit you perfectly.

Beautiful! Easy to use. I love that it has so many different features depending on what my needs are. Even my son loves to do laundry!

I love this washer. It's much gentler and removes stains very efficiently compared to the rod-equipped washer I used before. Small items such as socks may get clogged in the drain opening right behind the door if you don't put them in the laundry net. I hope it lasts a long time.

ALWAYS PROMOTING THIS WASHER. ELECTROLUX! I will never purchase any other kind of washer/ dryer. After moving into a new house, I purchased a speed queen, after reading multiple reviews, just to sell it 6 months later. The STAINSOAK setting is EVERYTHING. THIS WASHER has removed stains that have been set in for months. It removes red dirt. If you have a boy this washer is a MUST. It has saved me $1000s in clothing.

This washer is good while it works, but heaven forbid you have an issue with it. Our washer was just 12 months old when apparently the entire bearing seal on the drum went out and flooded our first floor. This resulted in an out of warranty claim (as we were just two weeks out of warranty) where after substantial time wasted and argument with the most incompetent, un-empowered, ill-informed indian customer service reps who have no ability to convey anything more than what shows up on their screens and have zero ability to communicate with anyone in the company with answers, other than by email, which is never returned, calls are dropped, no one calls back, promises freely given to get you off phone with zero follow up, they agreed to fix the washer. Fast forward TWO Weeks to get a tech here who upon walking in immediately says they only agreed to pay for the labor and I was on the hook for parts. He proceeds to give me a bill, which is just PARTS mind you, that was MORE THAN THE WASHER COST NEW. After another long series of calls and wasted time I get electrolux to agree to pay for the parts as well, which then kicked off the second phase of this ongoing nightmare in the form of trying to get the parts delivered. Again, I was promised over and over that the parts were in stock and would be sent out immediately. Fast forward a week with no indication anything was in process only to find out that no one ever ordered the parts and the claim was sitting in "in process" with nothing actually being done. So then another long argument with customer service to expedite the delivery and they agreed to second day deliver the parts. I got an email this time actually showing the parts were ordered for second day delivery. Fast forward two days and 3 of the 7 parts show up. I am now over two weeks after that original delivery of the parts and have called electrolux about 6 times asking about the remaining parts. The first five of those calls were met with stock answers of the parts have been shipped but there is no tracking information. Despite my pleas of logic dictating that something is wrong if we are days (and then weeks) in with no delivery and no tracking information that something has gone wrong, these pleas fell on deaf ears with only the response of my screen shows them as shipped so there is nothing more I can do for you. No, there is no way to contact the warehouse to ask them, no, there is no way to get in touch with them, no, there is nothing more to do but continue to wait and keep doing laundry at the neighbors... Fast forward to today when I call again asking where the remaining parts are and I get someone who can somehow magically find out more and low and behold....... the parts are still sitting in the warehouse and were never shipped... and the resolution is for me to wait another three business days for a response from the warehouse on what's going on.... so there you have it. 6 weeks without a washer, endless calls and time on hold (hold times have been as high as an hour by the way) to be given assurances, promises, which all mean nothing and there is literally no way to get in touch with anyone at this company that is not sitting at home in front of a laptop in India with zero ability to do anything that there customer service system does not allow them to do, which isn't much. So If you buy one of these, I hope it never fails and you need to go through electrolux to try and get it fixed. I am at the point of buying another brand and loading these up and dumping them in the front of the closest electrolux building I can find.

Washer functions very well. It's a little low without the stand. It's quiet and does a good job.

Overall the washer works well. I have not used all the different settings, but I like that it will show you what it changes when you change the preset (temp, spin, etc). My only complaint is that typically one small item (e.g. a sock or makeup wipe) will get stuck in the front seal of the washer during the cycle. That item then won't get fully cleaned or have the water spun off it.

Extremely happy with this washer,I don't know how they have made a washer smell so fresh and clean but I absolutely love that about it. Clothes come out so much cleaner than the top load we had.

Excellent washer. Quiet and efficent. Really easy to use.

My wife loves all the settings and says it does an excellent job. During the first couple of washes, it vibrated a lot, but then it automatically knows how fast to spin to avoid doing that again - and it works perfectly: it is very quiet and hardly a vibration. The pedestal raises it to the perfect height.

The detergent being pre-mixed in separate chamber before being added to load plus the rinse water going directly in the drum is what sold me. Clever tech on this. Was loyal to LG front loaders, had one that is going on 15 years now. If I have an issue in first 4 years, I’ll switch back to LG. So far so good. Steam option is also great. Pair this with the steam dryer.

I love the new washer. Easy to use and excellent at cleaning our clothes.

I have to say I have had this washer for 1 week and I really like it. Easy to use, quiet and so far everything is clean.
