Induction is Incredible!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Make sure you have the right pans (if they're magnetic, they'll work), but it is incredible to be able to go from cold pan to fried eggs in less than 2 minutes. Everything is super fast and easy to clean (and a lot safer!). The lower oven is an awesome feature, as are the easy sliding racks. And convection cooks more quickly and evenly than all of the other ovens we've used in the past.
