The lady Patricia who I guess is in charge of delivery was rude. Service sucked/ appliance was good Best Buy do better

It is our first Electrolux product and we are not disappointed. We love the space savings of the design. Having the controls in the middle of the unit allows shorter people to easily see and operate them. It is a little loud during the spin cycle, but we'll get use to it.

It was delivered & installed quickly so we got to go right to doing laundry. If you need more space in your laundry room, this is a great way to get it. Does a great job cleaning too!

My only complaint - attaching the dryer vent hose is awkward and it’s impossible to have them really close to the wall. Wish and dry cycles seem to be very good so far.

The steam function in both the washer and the dryer are big G time savers. And large full capacity is one of the best. Thst is why I choose thit unit to replace my small Matag unit. Thank you. Jon
