    This steam mop does a good job of getting down into the deeper pockets of dirt (Swiffer only handles the surface stuff). Right now, I'm using both and figure to continue doing so.

    Bought this because the brand makes good kitchen appliances. However this is a market they should give up on. This product was a joke, the steam comes from the side of the bottom plate and evaporates before it ever reaches the floor!!!! I took it back that same day and bought a Shark steam mop.

    It is a very nice product. Very easy to use, light-weight. So much easier than using the old-school mop and bucket. It comes with two pads which can be washed in the washing machine. The mop produces steam without having to push any buttons. I did not find the water reservoir too small - it was just right. And it is easy enough to refill when needed. I scored this steam mop at my local Best Buy for $51. Apparently, it is now available online only but when checking around I was able to see online that my local store had it in stock. After talking to a couple associates, they were able to find this last one in the back somewhere and it was on clearance.

    this product is a must have!! it works execellent, is light weight ,moves in corners to clean .love this it works on all different floor types & does really clean the floors great
