i had a difficult time hearing what the instructor was saying. She goes slow enough and repeats the process so it is easy to catch.on. I would have given 5 stars if sound was better. It is worth the price just a little annoying.

Great DVD for the novice. Excellent workout. Beautiful music in a wonderful setting. The instructor is very soothing and the exercises really stretch you out.

Easy to follow even for a beginner. Nice setting but I prefer mirrors to see both front and back.

what I loved about this dvd was that it actually allowed me to learn moves that I had struggled with in the past in other dvds and a few classes. I loved the instructors positive energy and warm smile and her command of the movements was excellent. I was worried when one of the reviews said the sound was hard to hear but my dvd had perfect sound and the background music was so nice and not distracting.
