There are a total of 3 screws that when you go to screw in you can push them right back out. The side buttons also jingle around and make noise. The back clip also is lose already and I have only had the case on the phone for a day and a half. Very unsatisfied with the quality of the case. Element Customer service is a joke and wanted me to send it back to them so they can do some test on it which would take up to 30 days. I feel as though after spending $200 on a case i shouldn't have to go thru all that. So I wish to get a refund on the item and I will look into buying another case that has better reviews. They told me the buttons make a noise because the iphone x came out and were different in size depending upon when they were manufactured.

When i first saw this case i was just amazed to how solid it felt. This case is literally a solid metal case but then when you get to the top and bottom of the case its just feels flimsy like u can bend it with no effort flimsy. This obviously takes away from the whole case being made of metal and having screws to keep the phone in place seems unnecessary when the top and bottom seem so structurally weak. I would recommend this case but due to its price point i wouldn't its decent for $200 but not amazing. I would wish for element to return to their roots and make amazing cases like they used to. Bringing back their mechanical mute switch and their wood, leather, and metal full body designs. Its saddening to see how their quality has fallen and would really like them to step their game up. Honestly in the high end case market their isn't much there just Element. side not: while wireless charging the impression of the wireless charger is left on the case and very difficult to remove

This case is awesome. But it has one major flaw. The aluminum causes signal problems, rendering a $1000 phone useless.
