    I had one yoga dvd i love, but I want to give it a break and try something new. I got this DVD to do yoga at home and what a disappointment that was, it does not do anything, i wasted my time, and I had given it a chance a couple of times, but is yoga to sleep

    It is damaged. Will not work. A total waste of money and time.

    Still have not gone through the whole exercise routine, but it is a pretty good yoga dvd.
