Works amazingly well to turn pretty much any HDMI input into a source every software I threw at it saw as a UDB webcam. I had to use it to send a signal from a high end video switcher, with multiple cameras and laptops running through it. It handled it with nearly no latency and great image quality.

The cam link is amazing. Nothing on the market can take my pro camera and use it as simple as this any where I need it as a stream cam. You will need to be careful. Its a small device and could be broken very easily.

Suprising works well with a lot of different cameras and formats coming in. Very cost effective solution for a capture device. Not always consistent on being recognized by the computer.

I am so tech ignorant that almost anything blows my mind. I love that I am able to turn my digital camcorder into a webcam for streaming. This makes me believe anything is possible.

I uses this to incorporate my Canon xa 30 pro cosumer camcorder for live streaming and i works great for my live streaming. Just plug and play.

The Cam Link offers the flexibility of letting you use an existing camera as your webcam - only thing is, you need a good existing camera to take advantage. Tried Canon SL1 and it was not fully compatible, but was able to use a Sony mirrorless that worked fine. Make sure you have the compatibility

We have a Canon T6i and it does not work well with it. We are going to try some other cameras and hopefully it will work.

If you want to use a really nice camera as a webcam, you're going to want to pick up one of these guys.
