I purchased the Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro, mainly to be able to record other device from my computer such as Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Playstation, etc. This is also good for just playing games on your display without having to rearrange cables, especially since you install it inside your computer. There's not really any other name brand like it and you get what you ask for. Solid product.

With YouTube tutorials and other guides, it was extremely easy to setup the capture card and learn how to use it to the best you could. I use it mostly to stream games on the Nintendo switch and eventually will stream other consoles. It’s pretty essential if you would like to stream and they have preset that add layouts to your stream. Great item for new streamers.

I bought this to play and stream Nintendo Switch games and it works flawlessly. There's no other cards out there (unless you want to spend $500+ and pull your hair out) that compares to Elgato capture cards. The Game Capture HD software allows you to very easily capture all gameplay, stream and record it from any device that outputs HDMI. It will also capture all audio from your device too. Also, you can use things like a Blu-ray player to capture and record video and so much more. It will capture anything. Streamlabs OBS and regular OBS detect it automatically as would any streaming software. Only con is it's kind of expensive and only captures up to 1080p 60 FPS, however there's a 4K version as well for a premium price. Don't compromise and go with a lesser, cheaper alternative. I've done it, and I wanted to scream.. a lot with the issues that come with them. Elgato has the technology nailed down. You get what you pay for.

I bought this card for my son so he could record his game play and post videos on-line. This card is easy to install and set up, and provides excellent quality video capture. It's really a nice addition to our gaming build and lots of fun to use. In my opinion, it's a must have for anyone who wants to post video capture of their games on-line.

I bought this card in hopes to be able to record and stream off of my Nintendo Switch. After looking at many reviews I went ahead and bought it and its amazing. It was easy to set-up into my pc and the software for it was easy to use. Quality is amazing and being able to capture in 60fps is really nice. Would definitely recommend buying.

The capture card works great allowing for plenty of customizations and functionality with the latest streaming software. It provides high quality HD video and sound capturing that I use to stream and record console gameplay. Couldn't be happier with the performance. It is also a breeze to install.

The streamline install and ease of use is awesome. No excess cables and power cords to worry about. Zero latency in video and amazing HD quality. The user interface is very user friendly and includes stream overlays right out of the box.

I game on PC, PS4, and Switch. This makes it really easy to activate and stream my console games whenever I want. Installation was super easy as well. Fits right under my graphics card with enough space for ventilation.

This capture card fits right into an available PCI-E 1x slot, assuming you have space in your PC. Had to take one star off for how long this card is. Maybe in future iterations the card's length could be shortened, as it did block considerable airflow to my graphics card. Video capture quality suits my needs as expected, and software was easy to use.

For people wanting to step up their current gaming and streaming levels, this is it. Setup is extremely easy. Delivers high professional quality. Customization is simple and offers amazing options for streaming purposes.

You may find a lot of online reviews and/or discussions talking about whether it’s worth the almost $200 for this capture card instead of just use free softwares like shadow play or OBS. Imho if you have the money definitely get it! Only advantage I can think of is that OBS has a built in audio control for example for noise suppression or noise gate, but that’s only if you’re having audio issues for streams, in most cases if you’re only recording for uploading video, you can just edit out the noise. Capture cards saves performance on your hardware, and the Elgato software is very easy to use, you can even do light editing! Also definitely get the internal capture card which is this one instead of the external which is the HD60 S, unless your computer has no extra PCIe slot. Internal card has built in H.264 encoder.

Went from their external capture card (HD60S) to this internal capture card for my PC. Best investment to make for better quality game capture. Easy to install and setup. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade.

I bought this so I could stream console games to my PC and Twitch account and have been using it 3 times a week on average for the past few months. It works perfectly, was super easy to install and highly recommend it!

Prior to this I actually had the HD60 and I'm glad I made the upgrade to a PCIe capture card. The instant replay review is great and I'm glad to see there is a lot less lag between gameplay on OBS and the capture card so there is no need to add a delay to your mic or camera when recording. I use this in conjunction either a console or mobile phone to record gameplay. You will need extra HDMI cables so do remember to get those as well. With the purchase I don't think I'd go back to an external capture card as an internal one is much more affordable and reliable.

Got a gaming PC but want to stream a game from a console? This is seriously all you need. Plug it into a PCI port on your motherboard, connect the HDMI cables, and go at it! Set up takes no time at all! I love this product!

It can for sure capture games with no latency. pretty easy to set up and for any issues, there is a large amount of cringe youtube videos to guide you through it
