Its a good capture card but i couldnt get it to work with one pc only without a second monitor and tweaking. I'd rather use obs though

It's awesome for my iOS device but not my Android. It may be awesome overall but the fact the I can't use it with my Android made a big difference in my decision to return it.

starting streamers not sure if you want to spend more on 4k. but after you can decide if you want to upgrade personally i did not.

It could have been better since I waited a week extra and paid 20 dollars to get it on time and It still showed up 5 days later.

It’s a really good capture card for people that stream on twitch. Only small problem is getting your pc to recognize it.

this thing has so many bugs crash all the time and basic information on setup!

Bought as a gift for my son he seems to be happy with it

not plug and play friendly. had some issues with it being detected on my system. after a few hours of trying to troubleshoot it. I gave up and decided to return it. The unit I got may have been defective though.

When it’s working this capture card is a really great option, but the other 70% of the time it doesnt detect signal and requires a very large amount of effort just to get it running.

I had nothing but issues with this. Perhaps it was my computer being incompatible, but hours and days of working with Elgar’s were no help. Returned and purchased something else.

So I heard great things about this product but it wasn’t compatible with my motherboard chipset. I have an AMD Ryzen 7

Device has audio popping issues. The posts online are plenty and they go nowhere. Search for audio popping/cracking/crackling. Find something else to use.

I accidently bought the wrong caputure card. I wanted to buy it for my laptop but it was desktop.

waste of money considering how much crap you have to go through setting up through its program

I bought this and it works great. Just have to have an extra PCI-Express x1 slot available. Great for recording. Problem is the software BLOWS. Been working forever w/ elgato to fix it, but to no avail. The game audio goes out of sync from the video much of the time. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I love this, has great output (the other versions of the Elgato don't have the same throughput). This thing ONLY has HDMI in, not ideal, but it works. I've had to resort to using an old version of their software to do recordings due to all the problems I'm having and they seem incapable of fixing. That is not to say that the old software works great, it doesn't, it just seems to have fewer problems. Trust me, you don't want to record a 1.5 hour video and have the program only record like a warped 10 minutes, no joke. The reality is, however, that this problem can exist, also, with the other elgato capture devices, it does not appear to be limited to this one.

It worked at first but after a hard drive swap it stopped working. Installed it after the upgrade and it freezes my system. Keyboard mouse and OS freezes up. Had to uninstall it in order to get my PC back up and running. Tried all troubleshooting tips and I am now requesting an RMA from the company. Elgato customer service has been questionable at this point in time. Very expensive and not happy with the paper weight I now own. I do have the HD60S which does work perfectly.
