I had this dehydrator for a little over a year and now it doesn't work. I plugged it in and it started to glitch. And the buttons wouldn’t work.

Used about a dozen times the first few weeks, barely any cleanup and it could pass for brand new batch after batch. Steel grates are easy to clean and can even toss in the dishwasher. Jerky takes 6 - 7 hours and no need to rotate trays. Load it up, set the timer and eat jerky. 100% recommend this one. It's not the most expensive out there, it's ultra light and easy to use/understand. If you want to spend $500.00, feel free. I landed this for $99. Holds about 6lbs of meat at a time.

I love the flexibility of temperature with this dehydrator. It has made it so much easier to dehydrate more delicate foods.

Controls are easy to master. The unit is small and lightweight easy to set on counter and move. The unit shuts itself off at end of time set. Easy to wipe down. The trays are sturdy and light weight. Reasonably priced. Delivery was timely during the Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you.

I'm a first-time hydrator, so if you're thinking about it, this is the most important thing I've learned: Dehydrating smells. A lot. Densely. For a long time. Thankfully I have a protected place I can do it outside, so I like this little machine. It may not be engineered as tightly as I would like, and buying additional plastic trays is not cheap (have to buy them directly from the manufacturer), but it's easy to operate and does the job.

I bought this to dry 3D printing filament and it does the job nicely. Fits up to around 6 spools depending on the size of the spools. Would recommend less than more. The more you put in there the longer it will take to dry the filament out in my experience.

A great product. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very simple instructions to follow. Well worth the money.

this is a super product for us carnivores. I make 6 pounds of beef jerky in this twice a month. just fill it set it and come back 10 hours later Perfect!!

Easy to use and clean. Have to turn it on with all the trays inside after cleaning and wiping down for half an hour before first use. Works great. Experimenting with all kinds of stuff.

Great little dehydrator! I've used it for fruit and veggies and it has yet to disappoint. Whereas it "feels" cheap, it really works well. I may pick up another for next year's veggie harvest. Pro tip: Use this in your garage if you dehydrate super hot peppers.

Love this dehydrator. I make homemade beef jerky a lot. This dehydrator is perfect for that. Accurate, easy to use, and completely fantastic.

Good dehydrator for the price. I have dehydrated spices, beef jerky and fruit so far. Plan to do more things later as very easy to use.

About a year and a half after purchase - have used this product a lot and it does a great job. The drip pan is one of those things you don't think about but turn out needing. Also the fan in the back middle helps circulating so that every tray gets the same treatment - another thing you don't think about but need.

I was able to find my product quickly on the Best Buy website. The price was the best and the ordering process was easy. Our order arrived on time. TY
