great product but a little pricey

works great, versatile

Good Rice cooker for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace an older unit that failed. I like the glass lid which you can see the rice being cooked. So can add more water or remove lid to ensure rice cooks the way you want it.

Save your money, even if it isn't much

About 1cm of rice stuck in all directions after cooking. It warns you not to use abrasive pads on the thing, but what it doesn't tell you is the plastic spatula it comes with is more than sufficient to scrape off the silver coating. Just trying to remove your rice from this thing with their provided implement will scrape off silvery paint stuff and spread it in your rice for you to eat. Awful product. Waste of money. Very disappointed. I wonder if that silvery paint is a health hazard.
