    My rice cooker stopped working in 4 months. I called Best buy but they said they cannot replace beyond 30 days. The product came with a 1 year warranty which is useless as you have to pay shipping to send it to maxi-matic, the manufacturing company. Their customer service is so worse that it's better to buy a new one rather than go through the hassle of sending it back to them and then do a series of follow ups. I have been telling all my friends not to buy any products from maxi-matic. A complete waste of money
