Not too impressive

Also, this griddle came with a few recipes. BUT they do not say at what temperature or for how long the items should be cooked. Totally ridiculous. I KNOW how to marinate food; I NEED to know at what temp/time it should be cooked for.

Please reference the user manual on page 6 "COOKING REFERENCE CHART" also at your personal preference, consumers may choose to cook food to higher/lower temperatures along with time.
