    This here is a really great compact air fryer for a kitchenette setting or dorm room. Small footprint yet really handy. Ideal for 1-2 people trying to fry some bacon or a small snack. The temperatures are easy to read and the timer ding is not loud. There are some drawbacks though. It takes a while for certain foods to fully cook, specifically any raw meats. I say this when compared to bigger air fryers but what's a few more minutes when you get the convenient size? Also, my first cook from when I took it out of the box, kind of had a plastic smell to it, but it was no longer present after the following cooks. The outside is completely made out of plastic but the inside has that metal material all other air fryers have. Easy to clean and easy to use, I would recommend this to people looking for the smallest possible air fryer!

      It is recommended to preheat the air fryer on empty for 3 minutes if the appliance is cold or you can add 3 minutes to your desired time setting in order to pre-heat. The initial 15 minutes of use may result in minimal smell and smoke. This is normal and harmless and comes from the protective substance applied to the heating elements during manufacturing.

    This air fryer is suitable for me as I cook for one person. Used it once so far and it was what I expected. Chicken tenders were 'tender', remained moist, but it took a bit to discover after two batches how to get them to brown. I don't use coating other than seasoned flour (no milk, egg dip, etc. which may make a difference) Second batch, after flouring, I used my fingers to pat on a bit of oil and they browned nicely.

    Good working machine. The only concern is the smell when cooking is like plastic and it comes out in the taste. Specifically on high heat.

    Nice appliance. Need to give food a little longer than indicated, but comes out great. It is on the smaller side, but I am using it only for two people. The color is bright and cheerful.
