Not sure if I just got a bad one...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The ice cream makers seemed like it was going to be great...but once we got it together and started our first batch the motor stopped 3 mins into churning. We couldn't get the motor to work again so we returned the item. Again it might of just been a defective motor to begin with versus a bad product.

Way Nicer & Bigger Than Expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me say first that I knew I was buying a 6 quart ice cream maker and I wanted it because I do have kids and you can never make enough of it. But when it arrived and I pulled it out of the box I was shocked how big it really is, its awesome! I didn't have any problems making the ice cream, you can follow the directions given, but there are so much more on the net you can find. Just be patient and do exactly as it states and your ice cream will come out the way it needs to be. I didn't have time to even freeze it more in the freezer as the kids gobbled it up! But it was great the way it was made. I remember my grandma using a cheap plastic one that sits on your counter that you have to freeze the canister for over 24 hrs. But it cant compare to this one, especially if you need to make a bunch for a group of people.

Not worth the money

Switch to the hand crank and it sounded like we were crunching rocks. Very disappointed in this product. Will be returning it to the store.
