I've made many quesadillas with it so far and I'll say that it's easy to clean the cheese melts nicely nothing burns however they say in the instruction manual that there is a green light but actually it's a yellow light and the lights in general are pretty dim other than that it's a great quesadilla maker and I don't have to drop $11 for a quesadilla at fast food when I can make 10 of them at home or the same price. Thanks for the great product.

Solid metal chassis and works great! Im a huge quesadilla guy and it works so well! Cooks them quickly, seals the ends of them and cleans easily with a wet paper towel. I pull it out almost every day!
