Already quit working !

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would’ve gladly given it a 5 star review, BUT, it just quit working yesterday, and I have tried all the troubleshooting the instructions show, but nothing works. I haven’t had this long enough for it to stop working on me ! Now, I’m back to using my other single serve coffee maker that cost less than $20, and I’ve had twice as long as this name brand one that should’ve held up longer than a few weeks !

Extremely disappointed, do not buy

The first two weeks were great, no issues, no problems. After that, the machine is a mess. My coffee now tastes like it's burnt. I use the travel mug that came with the machine to fill the machine and now it's giving me a three quarter full cup of coffee. The coffee is no longer hot but a "strong warm" instead. What a waste of money.

It's a tiny drip machine that requires 3x the usual amount of coffee per POORLY BREWED cup. Useless Imprzctical Returned next day Save your time. Don't buy this item
