Does what it says on the tin

The product is fine and does exactly what you'd expect. The only negative appears to be that there is only one window on the kettle, so this determines where you place it in the kitchen. Most kettles I'm aware of have two windows, so both left handed and right handed positions allow you to see into the kettle.

Great while it lasted

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased in Sep. 2017 and it's now July 2019 and the power/on switch has stopped working. There is no power when you switch the unit on. I'm sad as it worked well but didn't last long. I suppose most things are built to break after one year (the reason most warranties are for that amount of time or less) but I have higher expectations. It lasted 1yr 10mths so I guess it's worth the $25+ dollars I invested but I'll bet on another brand next round and see how far it takes me.

Two units had the Switch Fail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our second kettle failed today after maybe 6 months. The switch is stuck on and there is no power. Our first one had a similar problem, also after a few months. It was replaced free of charge but now I think we will try a different brand.
