    There is nothing like rice cooker to cook rice, all the multifunction's pressure cooker don't do a great job as stand alone rice cooker

    Bought this product because the looks goes with my stainless steel appliances. I did not expect it to be messy when used, spills liquid( broth from the rice). Performance wise, I'd rather stick to my old white one. If only I could return it, I will.

    I’ve no complaints about my product more than what I expected. I should have purchase it a lot earlier than now. What I really like is the end product rice is less sticky. I talk to my friends about it and they are ready to make their own purchases.

    I only used three times and its broken now, bestbuy has nothing to do with this and the only way is to contact the manufacture
