Very disappointed!! It had already been opened and not put back together properly. There were scratches and small dents on the lid and the bottom piece. The shell and the individual bins are very thin. Poor quality. I packed it back up and immediately returned it to Best Buy.

I don't think that I would recommend people purchase anything from this company on-line. Before actually seeing the actual product physically.
I purchased a roaster that arrived without a warranty card or a little booklet for how to care and clean product.
So it was a used returned product that failed to work properly and did not cook my turkey.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Rooster for special occasionsPurchased as a Christmas gift my daughter immediately used it for a gathering for friends was able to put stuff in the tub because this roster has this unique top piece that allows you to separate foods great for parties

I purchased this roaster oven in order to prepare dishes in another area than my kitchen in order to avoid too much heat. This oven varies by numerous degrees each time I use it. It is extremely light weight, and the lid stopped fitting after the first use. What a shame to spend so much for such poor quality.
