This toaster toasts bread well and has some cool options. The electronic buttons for defrosting, toasting only one side (bagel setting) are great features, although the labeling could be clearer. I love that I can toast sliced Italian bread - which is why I wanted the one long slot instead of two small ones. You can't use the the same lever you use to lower the bread down into the toaster to pop it up early. You have to press a reset button on the top first, only then can you raise the lever, a little tricky to figure out. It also doesn't raise the bread up high enough to grab with your fingers when it's done.

Needed a new toaster. Had a digital toaster but this one with glass was intriguing. Got it and love it. Can see bread toasting.. also it does it right the first time.

The toaster works great , but the return (pop- up release ) spring is to weak for bagels and waffles , but love the feature of being able to see it before I burn it

This toaster is a must have. It is so easy to know when it's time to stop the browning of the toast. This item is also very sleek looking in my all stainless steel kitchen decor. Nothing bad to say, this toaster takes the guess work out of the equation. I love it !.

Just what I wanted...ability to toast long, wide toast and bagels. I can watch the toast to make sure it doesn't burn. And still very affordable but not too large for my small counter. I never saw anything like this in the retail stores.

Utilize wide loaf bread that requires either toaster oven or the Elite. Chose the Elite and am very satisfied with the results.

This toaster is not worth the price. Used it for a month and it stopped working, will bo Longer stay locked down. Read the other reviews online before you buy. It’s awesome and looks cool but it’s a total piece of garbage.
