This quesadilla maker is easy to use and clean up is easy too. I definitely recommend the larger quesadilla maker! It's worth the extra money.

Easy to use and clean Large enough for large tortillas

I like it because it allows use of the 11 inch tortilla or the smaller ones. It is easy to use and a person can feed a lot of people for less.

Nice machine, only issue I had was the instructions said to lock the lid while cooking, when I did that most of the cheese was pressed out & wasted, when I make hefty Quesadilla's I leave the lid unlocked, it works nicely.

I do like this to use this small appliance. It is very easy and fun to use, but it does state that it cuts or slices but that is not true, the most it does is make a line or indentation for a cutting guideline"

Though this makes great quesadillas, it needs to have a stronger lock because it pops open if you put anything in your tortillas and therefore it doesn't actually keep them closed. That is a problem. A slice of cheese might work, but heaven forbid you put a protein in with some shredded cheese. You're going to need to hold it closed, and who has time for that?

I bought this hoping to make some quesadillas but it is not very wide and you can't get much filling in it. It was also very cheap looking, wish they had made tt in a different color. I would recommend getting some other brand.

I wanted to try this and it is very fast and easy to use. You can fill them with anything you like. When you press down on the cover, it only makes the lines, it does not cut the quesidilla.

A very easy way to make Quasrdillas with no spilling and flipping . Even my 12 year old can use it with great ease

Red plastic became all black from inside in the first time

Will not heat up. Power indicator is on but the unit will not heat at all. I bought the Fiesta Quesadilla Maker a year ago, but have not had occasion to use it until now. Unfortunately I didn't check to see if it worked before I took it to my vacation home, and the limited warranty expired two months ago. Not sure if I will buy any Elite Cuisine products in the future, but lesson learned.
