Looks nice, but the cushions are poorly designed. The manufacturer does not make replacement parts for this sofa, so Best Buy was nice enough to allow me to switch out the cushions (one was too big, the other too small).
But now, I am dealing with a design flaw. The cushions are "secured" by a strip of velcro on the front, bottom side. The velcro is RIGHT above the seam line for the cushion cover. The issue is that the cushion slides foward every time I sit down causing tension on the seam line aka the seam line is now torn! Until they redesign the cushions, this issue will happen on every sofa.
I have been dealing with the manufacturer for about 3 months now to resolve this issue since the sofa comes with a manufacturer's warranty. I will not be satisfied until I get a refund.
