Not a good experience/2 returned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were excited when we took these out of the box. Looked nice. Larger than expected. Kind of bulky for kids like a mini laptop, but we liked what it seemed to offer. One didn’t work straight out of the box, sound but no picture at all. The other worked but had a terribly loud voice that announced every single time you hit any button. Extremely annoying when adjusting sound. No instructions included to deal with the problem. My husband finally messed with it enough to get that turned off. But both items did not work well for sound at all. The kids and I sat close at a table gathered around one watching a movie and still needed volume up when on highest setting. Only went to “20” on sound level. “18-20” were the same max volume, 18 and below didn’t shift at all until down around “5-8”. Then it was mute before getting to 0. It was like it had mute and only 3 other sound levels. Maybe these are made to just be used with headphones, but that doesn’t work if someone else wants to watch. We were so disappointed and frustrated....we didn’t even want to exchange to try another set. Returned both.

Planned to use it for the car, but daughter used it in the house - very versatile! She can do it herself or I can control it with the remote! Love it!

Charging cable issues

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this product a 1 star due to the frustrating fact the power charging cord will only stay plugged in if it is set stationary, with absolutely no movement, while it charges. Do not expect this to stay plugged in and charging while driving or any vibrations.
