If you are a hot drink drinker, then this cup is your shield, your defense from either walking away from that initial hot cup of joe (or whichever hot drink) or being distracted to come back to an unwanted cooldown of that precious pour you were just enjoying. This cup brings peace, satisfaction, and enjoyment, and makes drinking coffee that much more enjoyable. Thank you, Ember! Oh, and the Blue color make it even more joyful. Very easy to synchronize with phone app. Suggestions for temperature settings based on beverage type is spot on. I do think Ember should have included the lid for the price! FYI: optional lid is ideal to mitigate spillage as well as improving duration of heat time. A must for coffee enthusiasts that savor coffee, and not “down it” or have to address multiple tasks during coffee time! Only regret, only buying one! (I now own three…)

I was introduced to the ember mug at a friend's house. He served me lukewarm coffee, and it just got hotter as I drank it, which even when you know this beforehand, it's still an unusual experience. I bought one for my wife, and she has become a big fan, because unlike me she takes her time drinking tea or coffee and it remains hot the whole time. The mobile app connected to the mug with no issues, and you can see the temperature. A very useful gadget!

I love this mug! If you drink any sort of hot beverage this cup is a game changer. I can’t tell you how happy I get inside when I take a sip of tea thirty mins later and it still gives me the feeling that first sip did due to it being warm. You can pick your temperature for your beverage on the app. It even has presets of certain teas that should be kept around certain temps. Worth every penny! You can even change the light at the bottom to different colors incase you have multiple people drinking out of multiple cups!

I’ve been thinking about purchasing an Ember Mug for awhile. It was featured at a great sale price and it was delivered the next day. I didn’t realize how much better my coffee tastes kept at a higher temperature and never getting cold. Controlling it via Bluetooth is fast and efficient. It doesn’t take long to reach your chosen temperature. I use this every day two or more times a day so definitely getting my money’s worth.

I bought this cup for my wife last Christmas and it’s has been her favorite gift. She uses this cup almost everyday. She loves it. It keeps a great charge and she never has to worry about cold coffee. I don’t know who she loves more me or this cup lol! ❤️

Perfect coffee cup. Keeps coffee warm so you have time to finish the cup without your coffee getting cold. The navy blue matches my kitchen so that is another perk for me.

How have I gone this long without this cup!? I am a slow coffee drinker and therefore I’m constantly warming up my coffee in the microwave to get it back up to the temperature I prefer. This cup truly keeps my beverage at the same set temperature long enough for me to enjoy every last drop and at my pace! Love, love, love this cup!

Always wanted the mug ever since my husband got his . I love how it gets my coffee to the perfect temperature how it stays that temperature thewout drinking it . I also love that it changes colors . It’s easily washable. Cools down quick and fits Nicely on my dresser . Highly recommend this cup ! Never going back to my normal ones again . I’m hooked being a huge coffee drinking this mug is my best friend to keep it nice and warm thewout my time drinking it !

This was my second Ember mug and by far my favorite tech product. It keeps my coffee at my desired temperature so I can drink hot coffee all morning. I’m saddened to have to write this poor review, but I would want to know this before paying an obscene amount of money, for a mug that will breakdown in less than 2 years. The ceramic coating in the bottom of the mug starts to breakdown and chip away. Meaning, I am drinking chips of ceramic if I continue to use the mug. The first Ember mug I had started to chip away after a little less than 2 years. When I contacted support, they dismissed my concerns because it was out of their 1 year warranty. They offered a refurbished mug at a very small discount. This is my second mug - purchased new from Best Buy (I decided not to buy their refurbished) and here I am again in the same situation. I will not be buying another product from Ember. Shame on them for charging so much for a product that only lasts less than 2 years and then offer no real solution when it becomes unusable.

This mug worked really well and was a good size. However, now after 4 months (beyond return period) the paint or glazing is peeling off the inside making it unusable. So that was $32/month for a coffee mug. :(

Easy to cleanup, practical, good handling. if you have had an ember before you know how they work. If your concern is about the color, well I used to have a black one, but this blue one looks great!

This is the best mug for coffee and tea drinkers! This allows me to savor my drink without having to frequently reheat in the microwave. Highly recommend!!
