Poorly Designed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor design and execution, just buy one of the much cheaper mug warmers. The battery only lasts about an hour, so it's never far from the charging base anyway. The one light, one button design is a real pain and makes it difficult to tell if the mug is on or off because there doesn't seem to be a way to completely turn it off. The light will pulse if I move the mug at all, even when not actively warming. There's no battery indication on the mug itself, you have to use the clunky app. The charging base isn't waterproof, so be careful of any spills. And instead of using wireless charging it uses two metal contacts that have to line up exactly with the mug.

The second time, and every time since the battery lasts less than 45 minutes. I tried to contact the company, but no response. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t answer email or their text support line.
