The power button doesn’t work properly. It’s really difficult to get it to turn on/off. Once we got it on, it seemed to cook things properly, but we have to return because of the malfunctioning power buttons.

I can really rate this since I got it for my mother.

Packaging was sealed new but product appeared either to have been used or refurbished. The display was heavily scratched up and the rest of the fryer had cosmetic scratches all over. Because the packaging was pristine, my guess is that Emerald thought they could sell a refurb product as new. Therefore, I returned the fryer.

Not what i honestly expected . I mean it cooks the food but its not like everyone makes it seem that you must have air fryer . You have to be turning the food in order to toast and make it crispy on both sides

It worked fine until las week, suddenly stop working and it didn't turn on again, I wrote to the service center and it only have warranty for 6 months.

I took more then two months to receive this item.I purchased this in November as a Christmas gift, when it didn’t come I had to reorder it. After getting it the handle broke .... on my first use ! Overall not a good experience, I’ve purchased other brands at the same price and have no problem with my air fryers.

Shows that larger items can be prepared in the air fryer but it is not big enough to cook them. I am disappointed with this purchase.

I purchased this back on February 20, 2012. I received it on March 1, 2021. On August 11, 2021 it wouldn’t come on. I reached out to Best Buy to see if it had a warranty. The customer service rep stated she couldn’t find Emerald customer service number. The only good this is I got it for 34 dollars but a waste won’t buy again.

The Basket broke within a few months of purchase. Screws fell out. Really?

I purchased this as a black friday promotion, and it did not make it through the summer. Best Buy told me over the phone they would handle the exchange in the store, and I arrived to be told they would not. I attempt to reach their warranty and their only option is a message request. I can not recommend this item.

Not user friendly. It misses quality and other other timing features and device stops abruptly without any notification.

I have heard so much about air fryers, that I decided to get one. However, after I received the air fryer and read all the instructions and a few recipes, I decided to return it. It is not worth the effort to use. Clean up is also an issue. Just not worth it.

The touch screen doesn't work after 1 year of use.

Got this for work and it sat in the trunk of my car the first 3 weeks of having it- unused. After having it in use for 2 weeks the handle fell off the basket. Apparently only 1 of 3 screws were put in the handle.

This is a pretty good air fryer. Air fryers are all the rage now, but this is the one that I would get. The numbers on the analog dial wear off on other air fryers, so getting the digital one here is a good move. it also allows precise temp control, which is wonderful.

Stopped working in two months. No warranty information provided. That’s why it’s always in a sale

Great air fryer. The chicken came out crispy everyone enjoyed it.

The first time I ever went to use it, I found the handle had snapped off completely. I'm pretty sure it was a defect, but it left me kinda sour so I ended up exchanging it for a pressure cooker instead lol.

It was great while it worked, but now its junk. Barely lasted 3 months (used 3-4 times a week). Last time it was used, it overcooked the food (couple of hash brown patties) and now will not power on at all.

I brought this item but they sent another, different one. I reported it and they said I had to return it but I really wanted this item because it was a christmas gift for my grandmother. Poor service.
