Broke and Best Buy Customer Service SUCKS

Went to return and was told addition $29 to ship it again to me. Shocked at Best Buy for charging shipping for replacement item that does not work. Very disappointed.

Stopped working…

Really bad product

Item received looks like it was an open box item. Wrapping inside was not nicely sealed and user manual was not in plastic with lots of bent pages. Item was returned.

Poor demonstration of this model

The handle was broken off the item and in the bottom of the box when we first opened it up. Also, we waited 2 weeks for the item to be available.

Very bad experience with Bestbuy return & product
