Purchased this in May. The unit "worked" as it required me to re-run it after using the preprogrammed settings. Stirring Paddle would just wreck all the fries so I stopped using it. The unit died about 4 months after purchase. Maybe used it about 20-30 times.

i love the air fryer, it works great and I would definitely recommend this product to others

This product sold me on my need for an air fryer, except this one is a total waste of money. It died on the 3rd use in about 30 days. Then when I plugged it back in a few days later it came on, only to die mix cook cycle again. Nothing happened during troubleshooting. Forgot to unplug it once I gave up trying for it to SELF-START itself a few hours later! Not only is it short lived, I think it is a fire hazard. Best Buy's return policy won't let me return it, and the manufacturer was impossible to reach and work with. Its garbage, and now I search for a decent brand. Don't let the overall 4+ star rating fool you. There are plenty more like mine. Because I DO check reviews and thought this was a safe buy. It isn't!

Geat value for money if you get this in a deal. Made life easier with this.

I was able to do use it on three different occasions. The last 2 times I tried to use it the fan wouldn't turn on and the unit itself looked like it wanted to work but would shut the heat off after a few seconds. The customer service representative in the store said all of the air fryers except Phillips were pretty much junk and would break right away. He said I'd have to spend around$200 to get a good one. So I returned it

We use it almost daily. Only regret is it not having a window.

This airfryer definitely did not meet my expectations. Took forever to airfryer everything. Salmon took forever...fries even longer...gave up after a coulple try’s. Packed it up and returned.

Overall great product. Works well at crisping items like an oil fryer would

We didn’t like this air fryer. We bought it to replace another that had been been worn out with daily use. It doesn’t heat evenly and food comes out mushy!! I’ll be donating this one.
