So far, works well!

Better Than Analog...

Got this Emerald one and found that the best feature is not its ability to shuffle food to keep from sticking nor that it is digital. I love that I can see the food cooking. No more overdone fries or undercooked chicken.

It works but it's slow and doesn't brown well....

It is only 1350 watts and with the size of it it takes more time to cook. It would be a great fryer if they had made it at least a 1500 watt unit or 1800 watt. I like how some units have 3 settings of 1350-1500-1800 so you can choose. So I would recommend anyone to check the wattage before you purchase your fryer....
