This is my first AC unit. Cools bedroom fast and efficient! We love it. Very simple to use. Also super easy to store in a tiny apartment when not using.

The product cools very well the only problem is the noise level is a little high other than that a great portable air conditioner.

Wonderful product. Our bonus room is around 350 sq. ft. and it keeps the room very cool. Reasonably quiet too.

I have been reluctant to buy a portable air conditioner thinking it would be to noisy and not be able to cool well. I was wrong this unit is quiet and keeps the bedroom at 64 degrees without keeping the rest of the house too cold. We can finally sleep good when it is hot outside.

Cools down the room within 15 minutes easy, not as quiet as you might think though.

My wife and I were in need of a new AC after finally getting rid of our window unit that had died from years of use. We shopped around and settled on this one, interested to see how a portable AC worked compared to a window unit. Taking it home and setting it up was one of the main things I will praise highly about this; it was so simple and even though it's much larger vertically than a window unit it was easier to maneuver all-around. We tried it the day that we installed it and it helped cool the room nicely, but not as nicely as we had hoped. We chalked that up to it being its first use and all that, and have used it several more times since then. During those times it performed okay at best, barely able to drop our bedroom temperature below 70 degrees with the AC setting at 64 degrees. But the real issue became apparent this past week where outside temperatures were hitting close to the 90s; the AC has been struggling to the point that we initially thought there was something wrong that we could fix (dirty dust filter, window kit not sealed properly, water build up in the unit) but after checking all of those things and confirming it was producing cold air, we're starting to think that it just can't hold up in high temps. Our bedroom is 200 square feet so this should be able to cool it by the product's claims, but I haven't been impressed by the unit itself since purchasing just two months ago.

I got this before summer hit in Oregon and it has saved me on hot nights. Cools down the room nicely. I only use it for a few hours then shut it off and would use my tower fan until I wake up.

Bought this unit for my daughter's room and it does a good job keeps the room cool and it's pretty quite.

Very happy with my purchase. Very easy to install and uninstall when I don't need it. It is heavy, but has wheels. Works WONDERS in my office where I see clients, around 150 sq ft. Makes room cold in 2 minutes. In larger rooms, especially my open-floor planned living room and dining room which is around 350 sq ft, it definitely took the edge off and made it comfortable, but it didn't get it cold. But, fine with me! On it's lowest setting, it's a bit louder than my Coway air purifier on it's highest setting, but when it's hot as you know what, that's fine with me. Exhaust pipe is quite wide and a little unsightly (about 7in in diameter), but it is what it is I suppose. It does extend and contract quite well, so you can position it in the least obtrusive position.

I have owned other Portable Air conditioners ...This has certainly proved to be the best. Quiet, easy to install, cools fast and keeps temp accurately. Really love the automatic Air Sweep that moves the louvres back and forth automatically. Picked this also because of best warranty available in an airconditioner
