    It's almost impossible to hold the stick without phone/camera turning upside down. You have to be a circus guru to handle that device. It completely nullifies all of the advantages it could theoretically have. The remote feature is nice but that's an option, which is useless when main functionality is broken. The problem is that the telescopic design has perfectly round cylinder parts. A small imperfection of that circle could fix the problem, yet nobody cared to fix it. Unacceptable!

    I have tried using it a couple of times and each time it will not connect with my bluetooth until about the 4th or 5th try. Sometimes I just gave up and did it the old fashioned way.
