The Enclave Audio System is a super performing speaker system!!! I researched the Enclave Audio System prior to Christmas 2017. When doing research, I emailed the company Enclave Audio to get more information on its capability. The company was very responsive providing answers to all my questions in under 24 hours. I was in the process of replacing A wired ONKYO 600 dollar reciever and a 1000 Dollar wired BOSE Speaker System. After getting all the information I needed from the web I bought the Enclave Audio System online at Bestbuy.com. The system was deliverd to a local store and i picked it up in Feb 2017. Now its May 2017. Three months later....here is my experience.... The system was very easy to set up. I unpacked it connected all the speakers to power and the Center/Reciever instantly picked up all the speakers and I had wireless surround sound system ready to go. I connected my cell phone via bluetooth to the systesm and i Instantly had my favorite tunes pumping out out of the system at 5.1. I hooked up a WII U, a FireStick, and a Nintendo Switch to the Speaker system, all 3 systems pushed sound through the system flawlessly and wirelessly!!! SUPERB! Since buying the system I have emailed Enclave Audio with questions about improving the subwoofer performance to deliver more base. The CTO Rob Jones instantly answered my emails advising placement of the subwoofer in the cornor of my room among other tweeks. I also asked for tips on improving surround sound performance for different Nintendo Switch games, they assisted with those as well advising how to ensure sound is pushed out at 5.1. All advice they provided was on target and very helpful in improving my experience. SO COOL!! Rob the CTO also advised that when a system cannot deliver 5.1 surround to put the system in stereo and the Enclave system would virtualize the sound and pushout 5.1 surround. And in testing out a stereo only sound, the system delivered in pushing out the music to 5.1 Virtualized sound. FANTASTIC! I have also been playing muisc through the speakers at maximum volume for prolonged periods of time, and the system has delivered. FABULOUS!! Inaddition I have played bluetooth music from my cellphone from the second floor and the sound still comes out of the system which was on the first floor. AMAZING!! No putting holes in the walls to get the wires to different parts of the room, no spiderweb of wires under carpets. NO wires to buy. No camoflaughing or hiding wires. The Reciever is built into the Center speaker included, no need for a separate reciever unless you need FM raidio. Full Technical support from the company after purchase has been reliable. After you get this system if you have questions, Enclave will be there to assist, you wont be alone.They will be there after the purchase. They have responded to all my emails....amazingly reliable. Customer Service before purchase very good. Product setup and execution during use is Top Notch. Wirless functionality works as advertised, at a WISA standard no less. Customer support after Purchase is there; reliable, and English speaking American people. In my 3 months of using this system for music, games, and movies this system has not let up...it keeps going. The sound is even loud enough where I can hear it upstairs, so there is no need for extra speakers upstairs. The Enclave Audio Wireless speaker system is a first class system delivering awesome performance without an equal. If you are looking for a wireless speaker system that delivers at a good price point....THIS IS THE ONE!!!!. You will not be disappointed. THIS SYSTEM DELIVERS ON ALL FRONTS!!!

The Enclave 5.1 speakers have decent sound, but the instructions to setup are very poor, and we had syncing issues . The part they omit is that you have to turn the enclave controller on before any of the components that are connected to it, or it will not sync and the error message says 'missing speakers ...'. The controller also gets confused from time to time and turns itself off. So all in all, cool technology, but definitely feels like a beta rather than a product that has the kinks worked out. We are keeping it though, because we like the wireless aspect and have outlets everwhere we need a speaker, so that is not an issue.

We purchased a sonos soundbar this year at Bestbuy told the sales man I want a 5.1 surround system but most companies are not making them like the old Sony got back in 2003. My wife said the soundbar sounded good and I thought ok will buy it with reservations. Got it home and well like I said just made it louder so we took it back and ordered The Enclave 5.1 system I wanted in the first place as reviews were positive on the website while searching for a replacement for our old Sony 5.1 DVD system . Got it home had some trouble setting it up through Comcast cable so I called customer service at Enclaves tech support though it was Saturday I left a message and a few hours later I was talking with Rob the CEO and he walked me through the set up and spent some time telling me about their products , now that's customer service so many thanks for all his help and his time . System sounds great my wife is happy with the sound as it is much clearer and fills the room with great balance as surround sound should! Thanks Enclave for making a great product as surround sound is far better than a soundbar ! Thanks Guys !

Ordered the system here and received it in about 5 days. It really is as easy as advertised. Everything is clearly packaged and labeled and we were up in running in less than 15-20 minutes from the time we opened the carton. This was very helpful due to the fact we are not very techy in our household and everything was easy to read and understand. The sound quality is quite good out of the box and the surround is really quite impressive. It fills our room really well and gets louder than we will ever use it. The dialogue is very crisp and clear and the bass doesnt sound really muddy or boomy like some of these systems tend to (like our old one!). You really just hear everything. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and we're thinking about buying another for our cabin this winter.

The sound exceeds even than I hoped for. It was much easier to set up than the Sony system it replaced and more aesthetically pleasing.

Bought this system and attempted to update the firmware via Windows, Mac, and Android tablet but nothing worked. Called the next morning and continued to call until some one answered because I was anxious to get the system setup. When you buy a $1200 system you expect it to work right? Needless to say the guy that finally answered the phone was very upset that I kept calling until someone answered. He counted up to 17 calls but I'm not sure if it was that many. I don't know if the product is any good or not and I won't know because it will be returned. The remote was by far the worst thing. I literally had to stand up and point it directly at the system for input. You figure for a $1200 system, It'll come with a half way decent remote. Even I I did like the system, I wouldn't keep it due to the rude and angry customer service. Moral of the story with this Company is don't call "17 times in 2 hours" which is obnoxious in their eyes or you will be punished!! If you have a problem, you better be patient and wait your turn or you will not get support. BUYER BEWARE

Despite 3 Geek squad visits the system won't work properly with my harmony remote. I even bought a new remote at the suggestion of the Geek Squad guy, still no go. The Enclave remote is also defective. wrote to the company, no response. BB is a good company but this product should be avoided.
