    I didn’t realize that this model does not have a display of the percentage of power left and I was not willing to return it to the store and have to pay a restock fee.

    Only worked for two charge cycles

    This power bank seems to offer great specs at a great price. It’s a sham. Within ten days it has become nothing more than an ugly paperweight. Although, given the magnetism, I suppose it could be used to hold paper clips or bunches other small metal objects. Fully charged it prior to first use. Once fully depleted, it was recharged to full again and then used to full depletion once more. Since then it has not held a charge at all. The LED lights indicating charging have changed to an unknown pattern not discussed in the manual. I reached out to Energizer support five days ago and have yet to receive any reply. Save yourself the frustration and buy a power bank made by a solid brand like Anker. Those have never failed me.

    Wireless charging has stopped working after about 3 months. Best buy support told me to contact the manufacturer. Lol.

    magsafe works with my 25 ultra but charging is so weak and slow its pointless for a fast charge. Also magsafe charging doesnt work for the standerd samsung 25.
