The only problem is I ordered it for my laptop computer but port are not compatible with my computer. I have to say I am not happy with the customer service department because they said it would work. I did use the bank to charge my cell phone, hot spot and some other thinks.

So I decided to take steps to fully drain it and recharge it but its charging speed is even slower than ever not sure its gonna reach 100% might be a deffective power bank.

It was on 0% when i got it and did charge it to 100% and I thought it was great but when it was 80% left and it quickly went to 0% and died. Had to return it. Power banks aren’t supposed to be that way
