A true space saver with power to do home computing!

Two weeks after purchasing this product I had to take it back to the Best Buy store for a "Refresh" which was supposed to take 2 hours, but I was told I had to leave the machine with them for 4 days! The main problem was that this brand new HP computer would not connect with my HP scanner. My HP scanner works fine with my old HP computer, which was also a Windows 10 machine. I took the scanner with me when I checked in the PC so the Geek Squad would be able to tell if their "Refresh" worked or not...but they wouldn't check in the scanner, so they have no idea as to whether this Refresh will fix the problem or not. Obviously they are not concerned with whether their actions fix the customer's problem or not...they're just putting an "x" in the box that says "we did the refresh" and if that doesn't solve your problem...well, that's not our problem. I have wasted so much time on this it's ridiculous...just trying to get a brand new HP PC to connect to an HP scanner which we know works well with another Windows 10 HP PC. I truly wish I had bought the computer from someone who understands customer service.

Have been searching for a desktop that would last for years to come. Current Apple user needing to learn Windows/programs all over again. Found this beauty at a great price on sale. Reading the specs, I knew this would be a winner. Runs beautifully. Unistalled bloatware, updated security, and create backup first thing. The keyboard and mouse are adequate, but no means a deal breaker. This computer is fast, efficient, and reading the other reviews, customers are right about the design and overall quality. Would definitely recommend to others.

irecently purchased this computer the screen is clearer then my TV and has great sound. It's extremely responsive,starts up fast, the touchscreen is convenient, I would have given this computer five stars if only the monitor was detachable and were able to be mounte. I also have had problems with the keyboard.

I almost bought iMac 27", but I ended up with HP Envy AIO 27". I can't swallow paying up ~$2500 for an under spec iMac. I agree, I like Mac's OS. For my Photography and Video Editing use, the nVidia 4GB 950m / Intel i7 / 16GB Memory / 256GB m.2 SSD + 2TB Hard Drive / 2560 x 1440 (QHD) are more than enough for my tasks. I have PowerDirector15, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, plus several Windows applications opened at the same time, and still a rock solid performance. I'm glad I purchased this over Apple's iMac 27-inch.

I purchase this PC and had a chance to work with it for 2 days. It is beautiful with top of the line spec. The reason for the one star, is to warn potential buyers. The pc I purchased has a little dent on the outside box. After installing all my files and programs, I noticed the screen is shaking side to side like a metronome on the single post/arm connecting it to the base. I went to the store to check the display unit. The screen there was firm. I had to reinstall Windows and delete all my files and return to the store for replacement. Since it was out of stock, I was waiting for one to ship to my home. The replacement unit box looked like it was damaged so I checked the screen on the post. This one was also swinging on the post side to side. Returning this one and will look for a better option. I don't trust the PC frame integrity and longevity over time with this design. If you are set on getting one, make sure before leaving the store to remove the 4 plastic clips holding the box to the base. Pull the box from the top, remove the protective foam from the sides and apply pressure on the screen top corner and check if is firm. If no, and you get that side to side swing, I would recommend against buying it. Hope this help.

The all-in-one is a great computer. Better than most.

For some reason it has trouble finding the connection to the modem! It’s been out if commission for like 5 months
