Awesome battery life! Easy to use! Perfect size and it's super lightweight! Love this laptop

Easy to use & fast wifi connections. Comparable to Apple Macbook but less expensive

I bought this laptop thinking it would be a good laptop for college. Well, I was dead wrong. The battery life sucks after a few months of use. The wifi problems are also a problem that you will have deal with. Only buy if you hate the person you are giving it to, otherwise find another laptop that isn't HP.

Bought this new $800+ laptop online from Best Buy, and the box came damaged. Called Customer Service to see if anything can be done, and they offered nothing. Laptop itself is beautiful and performs well. Unfortunately within a month, there have been some minor issues. On multiple occasions, when starting up the laptop, there will be a message saying "No BIOS detected" or "No Hard Drive".

Very lightweight, touchscreen works great. I do feel like it gets hotter than other laptops I have had, but that’s not a major issue.

Good computer to take with you - light weight. Responds fast. Hopefully will be able to add programs with help from geek squad.

buying a laptop for college was stressful because every brand claims they have the best college laptop, but this one is truly awesome. It's able to go above and beyond; when I have to read articles, I just flip it into tablet mode and its easier to read. I also do a bit of gaming in my free time and since it has AMD Ryzen 7 rather than intelCore, it just has an all around better performance. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Very good laptop, but the specs page lists HDMI and the computer doesn’t have it.

I've been able to run several games decently well on this, just with some graphics settings adjustments. Comparably priced gaming laptops are pretty ugly when compared to this, so it makes for a nice, sleek looking laptop that also can handle some gaming thanks to the Ryzen 7.

A gift for my daughter, a high school senior. She loves the size and weight. I wanted something that lasts into her college years. This seems adequate and the open box discount made it seem reasonably priced compared to others.
