Our Epson printer has been very reliable. We signed up for the Auto Replenishment program and receive our ink before we run out of any of the colors as they become depleted. Nice...

The delivery process takes to long. There is no way that it should take a week to deliver ink from when the order was placed. It is a poor service. I will be seeking another source for my ink. I am not happy that my project has to wait a full week. The idea of ordering ink when you get the message that ink is low is novel, but the actual delivery process falls way short of being satisfactory. something must be done to speed up delivery. The packag eis small enough to be delivered by Drone. which hold be delered in just one day. Make the adjustments or I will be cancelling my service.

It's really kind of weird being asked to review ink. This ink works great. It's always printed when it's had ink in the cartridge.

This whole ink delivery thing it excellent. The ink was ordered by my printer and delivered before I ever ran out. What’s not to like?

But only have one computer on the network do the reordering, other wise you will buy more cartridges than you know what to do with.
