It is nice not having to worry about buying ink every week. But, always run out of ink a day or two before new ink arrives. Would have been nice to have the XL option for replenishment. Otherwise, very happy with this service

This is a great printer to use for personal and business.

I haven't had to order ink yet. The system for auto ordering seemed to set up just fine.

I got my 1st ink ok then my 2nd ink is almost out yet a new order has not been issued!

Haven't had to replace ink yet so only time will tell. Sign up was not too difficult.

I got my Epson 440 in May. I've yet to create a truly wireless print transaction

We haven’t received our first replacement ink yet because we haven’t used the ink that came with it yet. But we do anticipate the convenience of home delivery without having to run out of ink. It was not that easy to sign up though.

Purchased Easy Replenish with Epson WF-2830 all in one on Sep. 6, 2019. Registered printer s/n at Epson website, downloaded and installed ink detecting software. Printer indicated black ink was running low, but no notification of any type from BB. Black ink is now completely depleted and has been for a week. I logged into my BB account to check and it says I need to enter s/n at Epson website still. I have two emails from Epson indicating that the s/n is, in fact registered. I asked for help at BB where I made purchase they offered no help at all. I made to 1+ hour phone calls to BB where they had me repeat setup steps that I have already done. I do not recommend purchasing Easy Replenish because if there any glitches you won't get any help resolving them from BB.

We used this with our old workforce printer and it's very nice to be able to get the inks ordered through this program and never really run out and have to wait or run to the store to get more ink.

The Epson XP-640 might be a good printer but the Easy Replenish plan has some flaws, mostly human support and help. The printer ordered ink for me twice and then it was shipped to my son's old address. He hasn't lived there in over 10 years but because his name was somehow attached to my credit card, I have lost those orders and my money. I went to the store and was told they could not help and gave me a number to call at corporate headquarters. I did and was told my son would have to call them. He called and was told that they could not help but had to go to the store. Then they said he needed to talk to the billing department. They were no help and finally he just hung up like I did. I had my correct shipping address but they claim it's not their fault. I plan to never buy anything from Best Buy again!

Glad I took advantage of Best Buys ink replenish program. 10% savings and free shipping direct to home. Never run out if ink and dont have to leave home to purchase. Well worth using the service.

This was great, my printer ordered the ink before I even knew I was running low. I got the email that my ink was ordered and would be delivered within the next few days, and I got it the next day.

Saves trips to staples!!! I don’t use that much ink though.

This is a great little program. There's only been a couple of times where the delivery was a little too close for comfort, but otherwise very happy I enrolled.

Best buy's easy replenish program seems like a great deal. When included in my Epson WF-2750 purchase i was excited. Mainly because I chose the epson over the HP (which has its on instant ink software) because of it being a better product and a better value. I was sorely disappointed when I received my printer and tried setting up the easy replenish through best buy a multitude of ways. I have a Mac and had to go through so many different types of driver installations various times only to have the software not work or be responsive at all. I am EXTREAMLY disappointed with this service. I expect more from best buy who usually always delivers with great customer service. I reached out to epson and didn't receive any competent help. big let down.

Love this program. Ink is monitored remotely and replenished automatically. There is no shipping charge and the ink is provided at a price discount.

Love automatically having ink sent to me, Don't have to remember to check if I'm out and don't have to go in store, especially with the Pandemic.

Haven't needed to apply the insurance. Printer works great. I just keep the print heads cleaned monthly. Wifi connection is a plus.
