    I ordered online with in-store pickup. I received text messages giving the progress of my order being filled. When I walked into the store I was greeted and taken to the counter where my order was waiting. In an out in less than 5 min.     Less mess, so convenient. I am so glad to finally be rid of those cartridges! I often check my ink level and must say that this appears to use a lot less ink than the old cartridges. If directions are followed to a tee, then you don't have to worry about messy spills or smudges on your fingers when installing them.
