    Got nothing against the ink itself, but the bottles are tough to squeeze the ink out. And... the printer in general, the ink leaks from the tanks and the head gets clogged all the time. While it's more eco friendly and economically more efficient, it's a pain in the rear. I'd personally go back to the cartridges or invest in a laser printer again.

    The issue is not with the product. The issue is with Best Buy and their lack of ability to provide a invoice by email

    Product was good, boxes got to me all crunched, I’m supriced product inside was not damaged and it got to me almost 2 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered

    I may have gotten a bad batch of ink. The colors don’t seem to be working even after cleaning the heads & nozzles of my printer as recommended by the manufacturer.

    so irritated! you advertised 512 as ink for my epson printer and I wasted over $40 on 512 after it came up on Best Buy (where I purchased my epson I might add!) now I am out another $40+ get the correct ink!

    This Epson printer stunk! Horrible, poor build quality with messy tank refills. It was returned along with the ink.

    The Espon printer is awesome. The ink last a long time and the print quality is a 8 out of 10. It is efficient and gets the job done. I never need to worry if the ink is fresh with the see through bottles.

    I really like this product and would recommend it. It is easy to use and costs a lot less than the individual cartridges. my first tank of black ink lasted over a year, and I am still on the other colors.
