    Ordered printer and ink to be delivered. Ink was shipped but printer was sent to the store with no option to redirect. Had to drive 50 mile round trip to pick up. Parked as directed and texted that I had arrived. Husband got out of the truck to make space in back seat. A brassy little guy smarted off that he could not go in the store. We were parked in a space marked for pickup. They had already charged me or I would have left the whole thing with them. I think this stuff is sold elsewhere.

    The Ecotank printers are great but I did have to clean the print head and it wouldn't let me without having enough ink to perform the task. Fortunately only the black ink was necessary. I couldn't remember how easy it is to refill the ink tanks. It's so easy and no mess. The cleaning worked and now I am topped off with Epson quality black ink. Well worth it.
