    I loved this product until my ET-2720 printer experienced a paper jam today. Epson said there is no way for me to remove it myself - it must be sent out for REPAIR. SERIOUSLY???? The ink works perfectly fine. But my printer does not. Huge disappointment and major inconvenience.

    Because 99% of the printing I do is just black text, I really like the fact that the black ink is sold separately. Plus the low price for the large amount of ink in each bottle is impressive. This system of using ink tanks instead of cartridges is ingenious. I believe other manufactures will adopt similar systems in the near future.

    I bought this ink for my Eco Tank printer. I have not had to change the cartridge for more than 6 months. The ink lasts a very long time! This type of ink for this particular printer far outweighs having to change ink cartridges monthly.
